Plans for new net zero council homes approved by Milton Keynes Council

  • Plans for 60 net zero council homes have been approved by MK Council, saying that they will be among the ‘greenest’ homes in the area.


  • The new homes will be built in the Netherfield part of Milton Keynes at Cripps Lodge.


  • The council has plans to deliver 1,200 council homes by 2030.
