Following the government’s decision to scrap the Oxford-Cambridge Expressway project, business leaders in Milton Keynes say investment in the transport infrastructure that is essential to the development of the Oxford-Cambridge Arc must be a priority.

Milton Keynes North MP Ben Everitt, has echoed his views and has endorsed the statement by 'Transport Secretary Grant Shapps that the focus must now be on developing the existing road network.'
